With full personal and legal liability before the International Court of Justice, they legally own their funds or the Banking Instrument (SBLC, LC, ETC.) with the ISIN NUMBER / CUSIP NUMBER they are providing. Participating clients must further declare that the funds or Banking Instruments they provide are current and valid currency obtained legally and constitute clean and cleared funds of legitimate and non-criminal commercial origin. There are no liens, contractual obligations, or encumbrances of any kind against these funds or banking instruments.
They have the full and complete legal ownership and the unrestricted right and authority to pledge or otherwise use these funds. The funds are ready for transfer or release upon my order. These funds are genuine and verifiable, and I indemnify International Partners, LLC (IP) and/or assigns, intermediaries, or other parties involved against any claims, demands, civil and/or criminal in nature, and liabilities, damages or expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees that may arise, either in whole or in part, caused by reliance on this affidavit.
